Always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Khalid he always make my visits a great one even when things are going bad. He is very positive and caring about his patients.
This was by far the worst and least professional and least informative Dr. Visit I ever experienced. The doctor addressed me initially as if he had no understanding as to why I was there, and then had no suggestions for what should be done. Then only after I explained some of my family history as far as diseases and diagnoses, did he start performing physical tests to see if I was experiencing the same things. And as I was performing the tests I could hear him whispering to his assistant that he thought I had this or that without and medical tests being performed. He then suggested I get a number of tests done that he assumed would not be covered by insurance for no other reason than “Academic Purposes”. He then read me results of a CAT scan that was performed a month ago suggesting a particular disease as well. But just 10 minutes prior he was asking me why I was theee and seemed confused as to what should be said to me. The CAT scan that was performed the month prior I was also told at the time, showed No abnormalities and was never given my results and would not have received them had I not asked “can I have these results? And stated I don’t know why these were never provided to me at the time they were received if something was noted on the scan. It was an extremely frustrating visit and was on par with the past experiences Me and my Wife have had at this Mansfield Methodist healthcare system. The previous year we brought our son to the ER for an issue and was held for over 3 hours as they told us he would have to be seen at Cooks Chipdrens and they were going to call an ambulance to transport us. After several hours of waiting, and our infant son still needing care, we denied their offer for travel due to the cost and communicated that we would take him ourselves instead of continuing to wait. We were then told we HAD to wait. We communicated that we were going to take our son to receive more immediate care elsewhere ourselves and as we were leaving they threatened to call the police on us and later did and reported that we were medically neglecting our child and called CPS to visit our home. Who saw the documentation showing we immediately got him care elsewhere and were discharged by a physician. I will NEVER go back to anyone affiliated with the Mansfield Methodist healthcare system.

Very professional
Unfortunately the front staff lacks the courtesy and professionalism to engage appropriately. Watched them talk unprofessionally to the patient in front of me, then the lady tried the same thing with me. Ignorant and uneducated engagement. Will definitely not be returning to this office nor will I allow people I care for to visit.
Friendly and helpful. Dr Kalid had a great sense of humor. As did Dr Sadiki. Very up front and truthful about all things.
Very quickly in room and had conversation with nurse,then PA, then Dr. All very personal and caring. Dr. answered all my questions and was willing to spend the time to insure I understood everything. Highly recommend.
Dr. Khalid was very thorough in his examination of my husband. Dr. did several tests in office and has ordered many other tests in order to make a good diagnosis. I can highly recommend Dr. Khalid for his thoroughness, professionalism and his explanation of everything.

They where very understanding and caring
Dr. Khalid was wonderful. Listened with interest and smiled and conversed and set me at ease. Had a plan for me already a date and time to do testing when I walked out the door. I so appreciate anyone who is so thoughtful and knowledgeable. I will do my part to improve my short term memory now I have someone to guide me.
