Dr. Welch received his bachelor of science in clinical chemistry at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, in 1988 and completed his graduate studies at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1994.
After completing his graduate studies, Dr. Welch worked all across Southern California and established himself as one of the leading practitioners in the state. In fact, in 2007, he was voted one of America’s top dentists by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.
