I came in with my daughters, who were both feeling quite sick. It was a process to get out the door and into the car, and then drive across town. When we arrived, I discovered that I had misinterpreted the walk-in hours procedure (the idea is to call first). Reluctant to go through the whole process later in the day, I asked if there was any way to be seen, and they accommodated us graciously. The nurse was gentle and Dr. Imholt kind and professional. I’m grateful to have found pediatrician Erika Shelburne! She is so approachable and warm! She was very kind and sweet with my 9 month old sick son. She put me at ease and answered all of my questions. She is patient and a great listener. I think she had excellent bedside manner and sets a standard for pediatric care. I’m new to the area and honestly lucked out scheduling a sick visit with Mountain Ridge Pediatrics. Read less
