I came in with my daughters, who were both feeling quite sick. It was a process to get out the door and into the car, and then drive across town. When we arrived, I discovered that I had misinterpreted the walk-in hours procedure (the idea is to call first). Reluctant to go through the whole process later in the day, I asked if there was any way to be seen, and they accommodated us graciously. The nurse was gentle and Dr. Imholt kind and professional. We love Dr. Shelburne! She gave us so much encouragement after we had our first newborn visit with our first baby. She answered our copious questions and gave us reassurance that we are doing a great job.
