Liondale Medical welcomes patients at their office on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City. With Lionel Bissoon, DO, at the helm, the practice specializes in preventive and integrative health care. They focus on balancing hormones, slowing down aging, and treating health conditions with safe, effective alternative treatments.

Their personalized service is immediately evident. When patients call, a real person answers the phones. They limit the number of patients to no more than 10 a day, allowing two hours for initial visits.

This concierge-type approach ensures patients have plenty of time to talk about their concerns and receive a thorough evaluation. Most importantly, each patient’s care is always provided by Dr. Bissoon, not an assistant or nurse.

Dr. Bissoon received his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa. With more than 20 years of medical experience, he specializes in preventive and anti-aging medicine using alternative treatments that don’t require drugs.

After studying mesotherapy with renowned practitioners in Paris, France, he introduced the treatment to the United States. Nearly all certified mesotherapists in the United States practice techniques pioneered by Dr. Bissoon.

Dr. Bissoon is the author of The Cellulite Cure. He has been a featured guest on many television shows, including the Rachael Ray Show, South Florida News, FOX News, Good Morning America, and ENews.

Patients at Liondale Medical receive therapies such as bioidentical hormone replacement, regenerative medicine, medical ozone therapy, IV nutrients, and intravenous infusion of NAD. The team provides comprehensive care with nutrition counseling, exercise recommendations, and weight-loss management, including the HCG diet.

To ensure patients look as good as they feel, the team at Liondale Medical offers a range of cosmetic treatments. Patients can diminish wrinkles with Botox® and dermal fillers, tighten their skin with Ultherapy®, or choose Clear + Brilliant® laser skin resurfacing.

Dr. Bisson likes to say that patients can judge the quality of care by the number of chairs in the waiting room. At Liondale Medical they only have three chairs, and they devote their full attention to one patient at a time.
