I actually look forward to my visits with Lauren. Personally, she’s friendly and warm. Professionally she’s thorough and extremely attentive. I never feel rushed. The office is well run and they don’t overbook so the wait time is all but nonexistent. If I need anything, I just call the office and Sarah and Lauren take care of me. I’d give six stars if I could! Lauren and her staff are always upbeat and pleasant, it’s almost like you’re going to see your friends! Lauren always has time to listen to your issues and concerns. I’m always impressed with how quickly she inputs prescription orders, my pharmacy always alerts me of new orders by the time I get to my car to leave Lauren’s office!
