About the Practice

Kelly L. Geoghan, DPM, is a board certified surgeon and aesthetic podiatry specialist. At her practice in Lutherville, Maryland, her goal is to work together with patients to provide uncompromising excellence in podiatric care.

Dr. Geoghan is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and has more than 25 years of experience. She has extensively trained in the most advanced and modern surgical and non-surgical procedures for the foot. She takes great pride in providing the highest level of care. 

Dr. Geoghan was born and raised in Perry Hall, Maryland. She attended Perry Hall High School and completed her undergraduate studies at Towson University in Maryland. She went on to receive her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, and she served as chief resident during her residency at Saint Agnes Medical Center. 

Dedicated to providing her patients with the most effective products, technology, and techniques available, Dr. Geoghan travels throughout the year to attend medical, surgical, and cosmetic conferences and workshops. She is on staff at Greater Baltimore Medical Center and affiliated with the Surgi Center of Baltimore and Clarkview. 

At her practice, she offers comprehensive care for Achilles tendonitis, arthritis, bunions, heel pain, and nail fungus. Dr. Geoghan also provides orthotics, diabetic foot care, and pediatric foot care. A strong believer in combining health, beauty, and wellness, she believes the key to one’s health and well-being is maintaining an active lifestyle. Dr. Geoghan understands that foot and ankle injuries can occur, be it during competitive athletics or a simple leisurely walk. These injuries can have a significant negative impact on one’s physical and emotional well-being.
