After feeling ill with Covid symptoms for 2 weeks I finally called Jenks Family Medicine in St. Elmo. I was able to be seen within an hour by Nurse Practitioner Ehrin Irvin. She tested me thoroughly, concluded that the virus had left me with a sinus infection and prescribed an antibiotic. A big relief. My stress and anxiety about long haul Covid: gone. I recently visited Ehrin for my flu vaccine and the experience was excellent. The staff was welcoming and professional, making the check-in process quick and easy.
The NP who administered the vaccine was knowledgeable and friendly, providing clear information about the vaccine and addressing all my questions. The whole process was efficient and I barely felt a thing!
