I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and was taken back right on time. There was very little wait for the doctor. He addressed my situation quickly and offered several ways to proceed for my treatment. I thought I was going to have have my big toe nail removed but he showed he could take a non-invasive path that would give me the relief I was looking for. He did it quickly but with a constant narrative about what he was doing. He was able to do much more than I thought possible. Read less

Dr. Rano was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how I should be treating my problem and why. His medical assistant was very kind and knowledgeable as well. She was very patient with me and helped me fill out all the information on the pad. She as well took some time and gave me great information about my toe that I was not aware of. I would highly recommend his office. Read less
