I'm someone who definitely panics about my eye health, but the doctors here are always very reassuring and have excellent bedside manner. Dr. von Roemer was great. They are thorough, willing to accomodate patients who need extra reassurance, and don't rush you through any questions or concerns you have. Everyone is so kind, the front desk workers are always super nice and the assistants who prepare you to see the doctor are efficient and attentive, and explain everything as you go. The doctors are knowledgeable with good credentials. Their billing team will also work with you regardless of whether they take your insurance and give you the prices upfront before your procedure so there are no surprises.
