I have 3 compressed vertebrae after jolting horseback rides. The spine specialist at a well-known DC practice diagnosed, gave me meds and basically blew off my questions about exercise and other treatment options. Dr. Thakral was the opposite. He is kind, patient and took all the time I needed to discuss the diagnosis and treatment possibilities.
