I was seen quickly with very little waiting. There was a mountain of paperwork to be completed, but I understand that the system is changing and this can be sent to the patient in advance in the future. The staff was kind enough to let me take the paperwork home to complete and return to them.
The office staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This was appreciated as I am a first time patient with Dr. Talley. Dr. Talley herself, although young, was very thorough, asked a lot of questions, and seemed genuinely concerned about my issues. She seemed very accessible as I had a question or two after the official visit had ended and she addressed this promptly. She has a great personality and seems to relate to patients in a very positive way. I look forward to meeting with her in the future. Read less

I received exceptional care today as always. The front desk welcomed me very warmly. Krista was very helpful in determining what my issues with my knee were. She ordered an xray, scheduled a follow-up visit with Dr. B to drain the fluid from my knee and an injection to relieve the pain. I also had a surprise visit from Allison to say hello and check on my condition. The girls explained to me the step level care required by Aetna. Depending on the results I get from their care, I may need physical therapy and then an MRI. The office reminds me of the old Allstate commercials. "Your in good hands with Grace Inernal Medicine!"
