With over 15 years of experience in caring for children of all ages, Dr. Bodavula brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in pediatric care, allowing him to deliver quality experiences and the greatest level of care for your child.
Dr. Bodavula graduated from medical school in 2006, and attended his Pediatric residency training in South India, at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. After moving to the United States in 2011, Dr. Bodavula completed a second Pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. His clinical interests include newborn care, asthma management, and pediatric infectious diseases.
Since becoming a pediatrician, Dr. Bodavula has had the pleasure of working in different areas of pediatric care, including serving as an inpatient hospitalist at West Texas Medical Center, where he had the wonderful opportunity to teach both medical students and residents from Texas Tech University. He also had the privilege of working at Parkland Community Health clinics in Dallas.
Working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings with diverse patients has taught him the importance of compassion and trust when it comes to pediatric care. Sreevani graduated from Texas Woman's University with her Master’s of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. Sreevani has previously worked as an RN at UT Southwestern since moving to Dallas five years ago. During this time she took care of patients in the COVID setting as well as patients with various cardiovascular conditions. Sreevani’s interests include adolescent medicine, asthma education, nutrition education, and preventative care.
