My appointment time was honored with a minimal wait in the reception area. All staff were courteous and efficient. The nurse and nurse assistants explained what they were doing and what my experience would be like with the surgical prep. Everyone was caring and called me by my name. Dr. Sandwich was his usual cordial and pleasant self. He explained what he was doing and kept me engaged throughout the surgery. The surgery was a success and margins were clear.
