Dr Michael Palms introduced himself to me and it’s been a Hit ever since, very Knowledgeable about the Anatomy ( body parts and how they works ). I've been a patient here for over a decade, today was the 1st time I've been "seen" by Josh. He made me feel so comfortable. I was allowed to speak w/no interruptions. When he did speak, he paraphrased what I had just told him. That gave me affirmation I was heard, which is rare. In conclusion, Josh went over the new Rx I would be taking in detail.
