I was pleased to not only find a nearby provider but to also obtain an appointment the next day (Saturday). Scheduling an online appointment was easy and staff confirmed shortly after. Dr. Shah was prompt, cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful—even taking the time to make sure we captured post-procedure instructions, which were written in an easily understood format. As the lone staffer, he also facilitated paperwork for the return of the staff AND scheduled the follow-up two weeks later!
I really like the new changes. Deep Shah took his time explaining the issue and was very thorough.
