Jamie to the rescue! She took on the problem with true professionalism, all the time ensuring my safety and comfort. When she successfully removed the last piece of "gunk" that was the size of a .22 caliber bullet, I could finally hear again. Thank you Jamie. ;) Read less

We got right in, Explained costs and coverage as I was a self pay patient and worked within my budget on needs. Jamie, our nurse practitioner, was so great to explain all possibilities with our situation and made me feel at ease, so down to earth, explained everything for us to understand.
