I developed a floater in my left eye and called to see if I could get in to see the doctor. I was given an appointment for the next morning. This office is very efficient and I was called in about five minutes before my appointment time. The assistant did all of the normal checks of blood pressure and pulse, asking exactly what the issue was and noted all of this in my record. She also checked the pressure in my eyes and put in drops to dilate the pupils. The doctor came in and examined the eyes and explained what was going on. He was very patient with my asking questions and didn’t hesitate to give me plain English answers. We also discussed a future cataract surgery issue and he explained what will happen at my next appointment and during the surgery. I have total and complete confidence in Dr. YenCheng Hsia to perform my surgery. I am 100% satisfied with Diable Eye Associates. Read less

Dr. Gilbert treats his patients with dignity and respect. It’s very pleasant ; you can have a conversation with him and he is a good listener.
