Laura Moncada, FNP-C, ABAAHP is an experienced board certified nurse practitioner and Integrative Medicine Anti-Aging practitioner who founded Copper Valley Integrative Medicine & Wellness in Tucson, Arizona. Originally from the Washington DC/Baltimore, Maryland, area, she relocated to Tucson, Arizona, in 2006. At her Integrative medicine personalized membership practice, Mrs. Moncada aims to promote a personalized health and wellness approach by integrating a more proactive plan of care to meet the individual needs of her patients at every stage of their lives. 

Utilizing a combination of traditional medicine and alternative therapies, she strives to help her patients achieve their wellness goals by providing the education and tools they need to live their best lives.

With over 25 years of medical experience working in Intensive Care Units, Emergency Departments, Internal Medicine, hospitalist, and pulmonary Medicine, Mrs. Moncada has a broad range of skills and knowledge to provide expert care for any acute or chronic diseases, illnesses, or injuries that affect her patients. 

Due to her years of medical experience, Mrs. Moncada has the unique ability to empathize and connect with her patients, allowing her to build a stronger, more trusting patient-provider relationship that ultimately leads to better overall care. She also spends the time needed to provide her patients with the knowledge and support that empowers them to take charge of their health and move to the next level. 

Not only is Mrs Moncada passionate about helping our community to improve their physical health, she is equally passionate in helping our community improve their skin health/wellness and maintenance. As a certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner she specializes in integrative and comprehensive aesthetic dermatology  where she offers different approaches to treating skin conditions and concerns.
