I'm 3-years post cervical spine surgery. I had 3-damaged disc's that were causing relentless pain radiating to my trapezius muscle, and causing the loss of function of my right arm and hand. The repair required two surgeries, two weeks apart. The first surgery was to repair the least damaged disc from the back of my neck. The second surgery was performed from the front of my neck. Dr. Bae removed 2-damaged disc's and replaced them with titanium and polymer artificial disc's manufactured in Switzerland.
Amazingly, I checked-in at the surgery center at 7am and was in the car being driven home at 1pm the same day. Dr. Bae replaced 2-disc's without stictches or staples, and he had me wear a soft collar so no one accidently bumped into me.
I was rehabbing within a week and was a full go at the gym within 6-weeks. I've regained full use of my arm and hand, and can perform any sport or task without limitation. I cannot tell I even had surgery,other than I no longer have pain.
I research online like no other when it comes to selecting my surgeons. This was the most delicate and important surgery of my life so far and Dr. Bae exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend his expertise as a skilled surgeon.
