Fellowship-trained, board-certified pain specialists Miranda Reed Cleaver, DO, with nurse practitioner Elizabeth Sipple, NP-C, lead the Cleaver Medical Group Interventional Pain team. They combine frontline treatments that are minimally invasive like epidurals, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulation, and peripheral nerve stimulation to help relieve patients’ pain and restore function without surgery. The team uses these interventions with a combination of ultrasound-guided and fluoroscopy-guided steroid and non-steroidal injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), Botox®, and trigger point injections to treat patients with severe and disabling pain.
