I hadn’t seen Chris Cooley in a few years, but she remembered me and was very welcoming. She reviewed my history in front of me; I could see how thorough she was in doing that. Then we talked and agreed upon a forward-going plan that made very practical and financially responsible sense to me, 1 test, if positive, treat that, if negative go on to the next test, and so on, instead of doing all the tests at the get-go. My tele-follow-up with NP Christine Cooley was excellent and very convenient for me to have my follow-up to my recent appointment with her. My only surprise was that I was charged a co-pay on a follow-up chat. My primary MD, Dr. Thorn, and other MD specialists have called me on the phone for follow-ups, Dr. Watsky, and Dr. Puleo, all without a new fee. That being said my NP has keenly focused and is trying hard to help me with my health dilemma, and I highly respect and love her! Read less
