Karolee herself is amazing and has been the loving adult I didn't have as a child. Not only Karolee, but five stars to everyone; Mandi and Amber included. Amber is new but is incredibly responsive and prompt. Mandi will text to provide assistance and does everything she can to help with billing/insurance things. The fact that you pay what you can regardless of bill size, is amazing. As long as you're making payments, that's all that matters; they care about your individual wellbeing and it shows

Karolee in my views is the best counselor that I have ever gone to. She is very concerned and seems to always ask the correct questions. She is always looking for the correct answers so she can help. I appreciate her very much.
