Francine is not my first experience with a counselor but she has certainly been the best at understanding my issues and the quickest at building a very nice rapport with me. I hesitated to set up an appointment with anybody due to my depressed condition, but I leave her office with a renewed sense that there is hope for me - that I will recover some sense of well-being with an appropriate amount of time. After 2 visits I would give her 5 stars for the sense of improvement I now have. Read less

Today was my first meeting with Francine and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we seemed to become comfortable with each other. She is an interested listener and an interesting speaker so it was a productive first session. I have done counseling several times in my life but I think that we will be successful in sorting out my depression issues among the other problems that I am not coping with very well on my own. I am actually looking forward to my next session. Read less
