Hi I was having severe lumbar L4-L5 herniated disc made very difficult to even walk 4 months ago. Met Dr.Sheena at Back to you rehab. She is a very nice person to work with my medical problem. She trys to understand the my problem, examine my physical condition and then works out in providing recommendations on physical therapy. Her treatment approach and dry needling therapy helped my decompression on herniated disc pain reduce and in 2 months I was able to walk and progress. Highly appreciated
