Welcome to America First Urgent Care, a full-service urgent care practice serving individuals and families in Coppell, Texas. Our doctors, Bilal Piracha, MD, and Warner Massey, MD, are highly qualified and boast a combined 50+ years of experience in all aspects of healthcare.

America First Urgent Care is conveniently located and features plenty of onsite parking. Our offices are warm and welcoming, and our support staff is caring and compassionate. Each exam room is equipped with modern technology, and we strive to provide a comfortable patient experience that puts you in the driver’s seat.
