Dr. Suchir Sheth is a board certified podiatrist and co-founder of SoCal Sports Podiatry. New to the Los Angeles area, Dr. Sheth brings his expertise in diagnosis and treatment of acute / chronic pain, fractures, wound healing, pediatrics, and cosmetic / elective surgery. He has a strong interest in treating trauma of the foot and ankle utilizing the most advanced technology to restore foot and ankle health.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. Sheth earned his bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University. He went on to earn his master’s degree at the Rutgers Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. His DPM degree was obtained at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Sheth completed an intensive 3 year surgical residency program at Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Resident for 2 years.

A graduate from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, Ohio (1995), he completed a two-year surgical residency program and continues to share his knowledge and experience at the Teaching Residency Program at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Midway Hospital in Los Angeles, California. He has over 15 years of experience in diabetic limb preservation wound care. Dr. Smith is board-certified with American Board of Podiatric Medicine and also holds a Certificate of Added Qualification and Amputation Prevention and Wound Care.
