Dr. Michael Birau received his Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from William M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. He completed his residency in Podiatric medicine and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery at the James A Haley VA hospital where he served as Chief resident his 3rd year.
Dr. Michael Birau is board certified in Diabetic wound care by the American Board of Multiple specialities in Podiatric Medicine (ABMSP). He is also board qualified in Foot and Ankle surgery by the ABMSP. He is an active member of the American Society of Podiatric Surgery and American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Birau was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and grew up in a rural part of North Carolina. He is married and has 3 boys and is active in his community. He enjoys spending time with his family, grilling, fishing, college sports, and exploring DFW.

Board-certified podiatrist Gregory Jaryga, DPM, FACFAS brings more than 35 years of experience to his role as a foot and ankle surgeon at Trinity Foot & Ankle Specialists.
Dr. Jaryga provides wide-ranging foot and ankle care in the Fort Worth, Texas, office, including the treatment of bunions, foot and ankle injuries, foot and ankle deformities, sports injuries, arthritis, and many other painful and limiting problems in the feet and ankles.
Dr. Jaryga earned his undergraduate degree in pharmaceutical studies at the University of Toledo, in Toledo (UToledo), Ohio. He earned his podiatric medicine degree at the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (KSUCPM) in Independence, Ohio, and then completed his surgical residency at Continental Hospital Suburban in Fort Worth, Texas.
He’s certified in wound care and is a member of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ABFAS) and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).
