He completed his residency in Detroit, Michigan, where he was trained in complex procedures of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Church completed his undergraduate education at Oklahoma City Community College and Brigham Young University, graduating in 2007. He went on to earn his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Dr. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, where he was President of his graduating class. Dr. Church completed his residency training at Los Angeles Veterans Affair.
With specialized training in wound care and trauma surgery, pediatric surgery, and general podiatry, Dr. Church is able to provide a wide range of services at Advanced Foot & Ankle Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and maintains memberships with the Utah Podiatric Medical Association (UPMA), American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).

Scott A. Clark, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist specializing in treating all aspects of foot and ankle conditions related to diabetes, including lower extremity wound care and limb salvage. Dr. Clark graduated from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores, Florida. Afterward, he completed three years of post-graduate residency in foot and ankle surgery and podiatric orthopedics at the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Dr. Clark has specialized training in limb salvage of the diabetic foot, chronic foot ulcers, and foot and ankle deformities. At Advanced Foot & Ankle Center, he uses the latest techniques in advanced wound care and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Clark is also the principal investigator for multiple research projects on diabetic foot complications.
