Scott Norris, DPM, is a board-eligible doctor of podiatric medicine at C&S Foot and Ankle in Robinson, Pennsylvania. Passionate about providing quality care to individuals who suffer from foot and ankle pain, Dr. Norris devotes his time to helping patients live a functional, pain-free life.
Dr. Norris received his Bachelor of Science in chemistry with a minor in business administration from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. He went on to receive his doctoral degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, where he made the dean's list two years in a row.
After this, Dr. Norris completed his podiatric surgical residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where he later became chief resident. In addition to this, Dr. Norris provided care in multiple high-volume clinics, treating a wide variety of disorders, such as arthritis, fungal infections, heel pain, gout, and more.
Dr. Norris demonstrated his passion for giving back to his community during his residency through his work with a montly Free Clinic, providing free evaluations, vaccines, and care to homeless and disadvantaged populations in the area.
When Dr. Norris isn’t in the office, he enjoys playing ice hockey and golf, as well as traveling and trying new, local restaurants in Pittsburgh. Dr. Camille Christensen, DPM

Dr. Christensen began her education at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, where she received her Bachelor of Science in biology. She went on to achieve her medical degree from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio.
After this, Dr. Christensen completed her podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Ascension St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where she also received credentials in reconstructive forefoot and rearfoot surgery.

William T. DeCarbo DPM, FACFAS, brings compassion and dedication into his patient care at Greater Pittsburgh Foot & Ankle Center in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Dr. DeCarbo enjoys helping people with foot and ankle conditions find the best treatment for their needs and provide them with lasting relief.
Dr. DeCarbo is a native of New Castle, Pennsylvania, and has been practicing in the South Hills of Pittsburgh for the past 12 years. He received his medical education at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. After graduation, he completed a three-year podiatric surgical residency and served as chief resident at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Following his residency training, Dr. DeCarbo went on to complete a prestigious 12-month orthopedic foot and ankle fellowship at the Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center in Columbus, Ohio. As a passionate learner, he also pursued a six-week traveling fellowship, learning advanced techniques in foot and ankle surgery.
His fellowship experiences include Georgetown University’s Limb Salvage Center in Washington, D.C., as well as Schulthess Klinik’s Department of Foot and Ankle Surgery in Zürich, Switzerland, and the University of Heidelberg’s Department of Pediatric Orthopaedics and Foot Surgery in Heidelberg, Germany.
In addition to his dedication to learning, Dr. DeCarbo teaches and is an active researcher in the field of foot and ankle surgery. He continues to lecture at state, national and international meetings. His research is also published in over 40 peer-review journals and book chapters.
Dr. DeCarbo is a board-certified surgeon in foot, reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgerythrough the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). He is also a fellow at the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
