Dr. Ragan joined St. Cloud Foot and Ankle Center in 2022. She grew up on a family crop and animal farm in southern Minnesota where she learned the importance of hard work, perseverance and grit. Throughout her life she was trained in classical ballet and was a part of Rochester Ballet Company during her youth. After high school, she completed her undergraduate studies at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter where she majored in biochemistry and molecular biology as well as minoring in Dance. She then completed her podiatric medical education at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Ohio. She then completed a three-year podiatric surgical residency at the level one trauma center, Hennepin HealthCare, in Minneapolis.
Dr. Ragan’s practice includes a wide variety of podiatric medicine and surgery including pediatric care, complex foot deformities and sports medicine. She is also skilled at treating the common foot and ankle ailments with both conservative and surgical routes.
Dr. Ragan enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, cooking/baking and game nights with family and friends.
