Michael V. Tran, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and wound care specialist in Arlington and Dallas, Texas. With 16 years of experience, Dr. Tran serves as president of AllCare Foot & Ankle Center Center, using a broad range of innovative foot and ankles treatments—from bunion surgery and wound ulcers to stem cell therapy and foot deformities.
Dr. Tran first completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating in 1996, he enrolled in Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, located in North Chicago, Illinois. Once Dr. Tran earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2001, he knew he wanted to hone his foot and ankle surgery training to better serve his podiatric patients.
Upon graduation, Dr. Tran completed a three-year foot and ankle medicine and surgery residency in Pennsylvania and Ohio, where he treated thousands of complex foot and ankle disorders. He later sought advanced training in ankle arthroscopy, foot and ankle reconstruction, trauma, and complex deformity correction utilizing the Ilizarov External Fixation Method—used to treat a breadth of bone and soft tissue problems in patients.
With a strong interest in diabetic limb salvage, Charcot reconstruction, sports medicine, and flat foot correction, Dr. Tran ultimately continued his education and became a board-certified wound care specialist, giving him the skill and experience to treat his patients with the highest quality care possible.

David R. Warren, DPM, a member of the team of physicians at Arlington/Mansfield Foot & Ankle Centers in Arlington and Mansfield, Texas, for over 15 years, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon with a comprehensive range of experience in the medical field. Dr. Warren had his start in pharmacy before making the switch to podiatry and patient care, relocating to Texas in 2003. Dr. Warren is committed to the health and recovery of each of his patients.
Dr. Warren earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Georgia in Athens. After spending four years in the pharmacy industry, Dr. Warren attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, where he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Prior to joining the Arlington/Mansfield Foot & Ankle Centers, Dr. Warren practiced in both Georgia and Florida.
