Dr. Emmanuel Bustos received his medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. His podiatric surgery residency was completed at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he received his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive Rear foot and Ankle Certification. As an undergraduate, Dr. Kozin attended Tufts University in Massachusetts, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree. Carl Jean, DPM, FACFAS from The Foot Specialty Practice in the Kings County of Brooklyn, New York, has been practicing podiatry since 2000. He always knew he wanted to be a doctor but chose podiatry due to the vast opportunities that this specialty afforded.
