Dr. Van Pham graduated from California State University, Hayward with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry in 1990. From there, he went to the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, where he earned his medical degree in 1995.
Dr. Van Pham completed a two-year surgical training program and earned a fellowship in Biomechanics and Sports Medicine in San Francisco, CA and Phoenix, AZ. From 1998 to 2001, he served as an assistant professor at the California College of Podiatric Medicine where he enjoyed training and mentoring future podiatrists. He has also spent time working at the wound care clinic at Sutter Roseville Hospital.
Since 1997, Dr. Van Pham has been licensed in California as a doctor of podiatric medicine. He has practiced in Placer County for over 18 years. He currently has hospital privileges at Sutter Roseville Hospital and El Camino Hospital.

A Board Certified Podiatrist since 1997, Dr. Marwaha places patient wellness and health above all else. Dr. Marwaha has a special interest in Pediatric Podiatry, Sports Related and Work-Related Podiatric Injuries. After graduating from University of California, Davis, she completed her Podiatric education at California College of Podiatric Medicine. Additionally, she completed specialized training during a Podiatric Surgery Residency under the guidance of HW Reese, DPM.
Currently the Podiatric Section Chair in the Department of Surgery at Washington Hospital in Fremont, Dr. Marwaha is also on staff at San Ramon Regional Medical Center. Dr. Marwaha is also a Qualified Medical Examiner.

Podiatrist Sean M. Dougherty, DPM, is a highly trained surgeon specializing in treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. He provides high-quality care at NorthBay Foot & Ankle Medical Group in Fairfield, California.
Dr. Dougherty was born and raised in the Bay Area. After completing his studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and the California School of Podiatric Medicine, he went on to complete his surgical residency at Intermountain Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he served as chief resident. During his residency, he was extensively trained in all aspects of surgical and medical management of the foot and ankle.
He has an in-depth knowledge of the most cutting-edge techniques and procedures related to reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, diabetic foot care/wound care, sports injuries, and other foot and ankle conditions. Dr. Dougherty has a special interest in biomechanics and gait analysis. He places an emphasis on reducing pain and returning patients to their daily and recreational activities. In addition, Dr. Dougherty serves as a Qualified Medical Evaluator performing medical-legal exams and reports.
Dr. Dougherty believes in providing specialized treatment for each patient so they can remain active on their feet. He utilizes the latest technology and techniques combined with a solid rehabilitation program to allow for a shorter recovery period.
