Michael Kaminsky, DPM, is a highly skilled and compassionate podiatrist on the team of providers at Garden State Foot & Ankle Specialists, which has four conveniently located clinics in Plainfield, Scotch Plains, Springfield, and Linden, New Jersey.

Dr. Kaminsky graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Delaware in Newark. He earned his medical degree from the School of Podiatric Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he graduated at the top of his class.

He went on to postgraduate training at Hoboken University Medical Center in New Jersey. He completed his three-year residency in foot and ankle medicine and surgery and served as the chief resident in his final year of the program. Lisa Shah, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon at Aesthetic Podiatry & Sports Medicine Center in White Plains and Purchase, New York. 

Dr. Shah attended Syracuse University for her undergraduate education. After graduating with her degree, she went on to complete her doctorate in podiatric medicine at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her post-graduate training through a dual-residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery at Cabrini Medical Center. 

During her final year of residency, Dr. Shah was a chief surgical resident. She had extensive training in all aspects of podiatry.

She went to medical school with a Doctor in Podiatric Medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine.  Her post-graduate surgical training was completed at Bellevue Hospital, a number one trauma center in New York city.
