Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. He then completed a two-year surgical residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Halihan has specialized training in wound care, diabetic limb salvage, and trauma and reconstructive surgery. He is board-certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Halihan is certified in the STAR total ankle replacement surgery. He is committed to continuing medical education to provide the best and most up-to-date care for patients with the latest advancement in diagnosing and treating foot and ankle disease.
In his free time, Dr. Halihan enjoys ice hockey and home improvement projects.
