Brad Ciano, DPM, FACFAS, is the newest member of the Blackstone Valley Foot and Ankle family, joining in 2018. Dr. Ciano is a native Rhode Islander, growing up in North Providence.
He attended Merrimack College, graduating in 2003, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine with a focus in Athletic Training. Specializing in the evaluation and rehabilitation of sports-related foot and ankle conditions, he has extensive experience utilizing custom orthotics. Dr. Ciano obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 2011 from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed his 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency at Roger Williams Medical Center, a program that emphasizes forefoot and rear foot reconstructive surgery, as well as diabetic wound care and limb salvage. After obtaining a degree in biology, he attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and received his medical degree in 2010.
