Joseph Hall, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist who’s been practicing in Mill Creek for over 25 years. He provides outstanding services to patients of all ages. Dr. Hall is board-certified in foot and ankle and rear foot reconstruction surgery and excels at diagnosing and treating patients with conditions ranging from warts and bunions to severe structural abnormalities.
Dr. Hall earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the Samuel Merritt University College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California. He underwent an extensive 3 year Residency program in San Francisco, California focusing on surgical correction of all aspects of foot and ankle deformities.
Since 1996, Dr. Hall has been in private practice in Mill Creek, Washington. He is the current President of the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association and has served on the board for the past 10 years. He is a past President of the Mill Creek Rotary club and he currently collaborates with Eastside Research Associates in Redmond, Washington, which conducts clinical trials and research to help diabetics get better control of their diabetes and reducing their risk of cardiovascular accidents.
Dr. Hall is co- founder of a non-profit organization called " Pies al Futuro International". This oragnization was formed after he traveled to Gautemala and Nicaragua dedicating his time and surgical skills to correct pediatric congenital foot deformities in these countries.

Petrina Lewis, DPM, FACFAS, is a board-certified podiatrist and the founder of Southwest Foot & Ankle Center, providing complete foot and ankle care to people of all ages living in and around Scottsdale, Arizona, and throughout Maricopa County.
Dr. Lewis was born in Texas and lived there until she was five years old before moving to Fremont, California. She began her career pursuits at the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning her Bachelor of Science in biology.
After graduation, Dr. Lewis enrolled at the California College of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. She excelled in the program, obtaining her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Lewis completed a one-year podiatric surgical residency at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and a two-year residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Healthsouth Green River Surgical Center in Auburn, Washington.
Dr. Lewis takes a patient-centric approach to podiatry. She never rushes consultations and makes time to answer questions and address concerns.

Dr. Mark T. Lewis was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and raised in Southern California. He graduated from The University of California, San Diego. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology in 1990. The next two years he worked as a research assistant in Immunopharmacology at one of the leading Cancer Research Centers in the United States. After spending the next year working in the private sector at a pharmaceutical company, Dr. Lewis enrolled in Podiatry school in 1993.
He received his Doctrate of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1997. Dr. Lewis completed 4 years of residency training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery: two years at The Veterans Administration Hospital in West Los Angeles and two years at The Franciscan Foot and Ankle Institute in Seattle. He served the role of chief resident at both residencies.
Dr. Lewis trained with both podiatric and orthopedic surgeons during his residency. He was fortunate to be able to travel internationally to the Philippines and Mexico to perform surgical treatment of complex deformities to the citizens of these countries. After graduating from his residency, Dr. Lewis remained very active in academics and residency training of both podiatric, osteopathic, and allopathic residents. He participated on the residency training committee for many years and was awarded multiple times the instructor of the year award by the residents he trained.
After residency, Drs. Mark and Petrina Lewis founded Northwest Foot and Ankle Center, PS and provided conservative and surgical treatment as members of a large Orthopedic Surgery Practice in Renton, Washington. After leaving the orthopedic practice in 2005, Dr. Lewis continues to practice in Renton focusing on conservative and surgical management of foot and ankle problems. He has a particular interest in podiatric biomechanics, orthotics, sports medicine, heel pain, and regenerative medicine.
Dr. Lewis is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association.

Podiatrist Mark Hopkins, DPM, always puts his patients first and provides the highest standard of podiatric care at South Sound Foot & Ankle in Olympia, Washington. He specializes in podiatric medicine and surgery, performing advanced reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, and minimally invasive procedures.
Dr. Hopkins is originally from northwest Montana but feels right at home with his family in Olympia, Washington. He completed his bachelor of science in biology and minor in Russian language from Brigham Young University in Rexburg, Ohio, and obtained his medical degree from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (formerly the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine) in Independence, Ohio, in 2012.
Dr. Hopkins completed a comprehensive three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at Alliance Hospital Program in Alliance/Akron-Canton, Ohio, and received extensive training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopy, traumatic and diabetic wound care, and sports medicine.
Active in his field, Dr. Hopkins is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Washington State Medical Association, and American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Hopkins loves practicing medicine and spending time helping his patients. His goal is to give his patients the gift of pain-free optimal foot and ankle functioning and enhanced quality of life. Dr. Hopkins merges holistic and conventional medicine to yield the best possible results.
