Justin Singh, DPM, is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon. He serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Surprise, Avondale, Glendale, and Chandler, Arizona, clinics.
Dr. Singh grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. After completing his undergraduate degree at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, he completed his podiatric medical education at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Singh completed a reconstructive surgery and deformity correction fellowship where he advanced his training in revisional foot and ankle surgery, complex limb salvage, peripheral nerve surgery, and total ankle replacement.
He also furthered his surgical skillset by obtaining extensive training in microsurgery of the lower limb, local orthoplastic flaps, and external fixation. During his fellowship year, he also served as the team physician for their local high school football team.

Antonius Su, DPM, is the founder of Advanced Foot and Ankle Specialists of Arizona in Chandler, Arizona. He completed his undergraduate degree at San Francisco State University in California. After graduating, Dr. Su received his doctoral degree from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland.
Dr. Su completed two years of surgical residency at the Western Medical Trauma Center in Santa Ana, California, and spent three years looking after the feet of freedom fighters of the United States Air Force in Fairfield, California. Board-certified podiatrist Scott Shindler, DPM, provides expert care to patients out of Ledesma Foot and Ankle in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Shindler grew up in southeastern South Dakota and was inspired by his father, Dr. Edward Shindler, a practicing podiatrist, to study podiatry. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in Iowa City and earned his doctoral degree in podiatric medicine (DPM) at William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, Illinois.
After graduating, Dr. Shindler completed his surgical residency at St. Francis Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa. Following graduation, he practiced with his father in South Dakota and eventually purchased the practice.
He has served as the PPAC Chairman for the State of South Dakota Podiatric Association and has been a delegate to the Podiatric National House of Delegates for many years. Jaminelli Banks, DPM, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon. She serves patients at Ledesma Foot and Ankle in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Banks utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach to treat patients to reduce their pain, improve their quality of life, and increase their activity levels. She specializes in the repair of foot and ankle injuries, as well as the reconstruction of deformities such as bunions, hammertoes, flatfeet, and high-arched feet.
Dr. Banks earned her Bachelor of Science in pre-med/biology, graduating summa cum laude from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She then worked at the National Cancer Institute at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Banks continued her education, earning her podiatric medicine degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While in Philadelphia, she worked at the Gait Lab studying foot and ankle pathologies and assisted in developing athletic tennis shoes for Stride Rite for Kids.
After graduating, she completed a combined seven-year surgical and research fellowship at the Carl T Hayden Phoenix VA Medical Center in Arizona. During this time, Dr. Banks helped develop protocols for clinical trials and studied wound healing products with the goal of amputation prevention. She spent another year-long surgical fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Department of Plastic Surgery in Dallas, where she performed surgery on over 1,000 patients in one year.
Dr. Banks received additional training in diabetic limb salvage and advanced wound reconstruction. She is also an assistant professor at Midwestern University School of Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, and continues her work in clinical research.

Paul Ledesma, DSM, is an experienced podiatrist serving patients at Ledesma Foot and Ankle in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Ledesma was raised in Southeast Georgia near Savannah and is the son of the late Dr. Ernesto Ledesma, a respected pediatrician. He received his undergraduate degree at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro and worked as a physical therapy technician for three years.
While working as a physical therapy technician, he received special training as a certified aquatic therapist. After graduating cum laude from Georgia Southern University, Dr. Ledesma went on to earn his doctoral degree in podiatric medicine (DPM) as well as a master's degree in biomedical sciences at Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences in Miami Shores, Florida.
He was then accepted to complete a three-year surgical residency at Harvard-affiliated Cambridge Hospital in Massachusetts. There, he obtained advanced surgical training in the areas of adult and pediatric flatfoot reconstruction, diabetic charcot and limb salvage, and external fixation. Following graduation, he began working in private practice outside Boston, focusing on sports medicine and related injuries.
Dr. Ledesma has served on the Consumer Education Committee for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and worked closely with residents as an attending surgeon at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.
In November of 2009, Dr. Ledesma and his wife relocated to Arizona to be closer to family and escape the harsh New England winters. After working in the Scottsdale area since 2009, Dr. Ledesma has now opened Ledesma Foot and Ankle.

Jordan Richardson, DPM of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona received his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University and his doctorate from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Podiatric Medicine in Pomona, California.
Dr. Richardson was born and raised in Arizona and loves the desert. He completed a three-year podiatric and surgical residency with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle certification at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. During residency training, he spent time training with top-tier surgeons and physicians. Training all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery including reconstructive diabetic limb salvage, foot and ankle trauma, and sports medicine. He is well trained in both conservative and surgical approaches to podiatric care and believes in putting his patient’s needs first.
Prior to a career in medicine, Dr. Richardson acquired many skills from careers as a veterinary technician, police aide, and home automation. However, he found his passion in podiatry and caring for patients. Outside of work, he can be found spending time with his wife and five children. Kelvin S. Crezee DPM, FACFAS, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, is double board-certified in surgery and medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and the University of California at Berkeley. He then moved on to complete medical school in San Francisco with honors followed by a highly prestigious, multi-year surgical residency program near Detroit at Kern Hospital for Specialty Foot and Ankle Surgery. His training included trauma and reconstructive surgery in adult and pediatrics.
In addition, Dr. Crezee has specialty training in diabetes and sports medicine. Continuing with his academic endeavors, Dr. Crezee has served as an Associated Clinical professor at several medical schools and helped found the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Administration Podiatric Surgical Residency Program, the largest Foot and Ankle residency training program in Arizona where he continues to train young surgeons. Dr. Crezee has been serving our veterans for over 25 years.
