Dr. Tyler Briley is a board certified cosmetic surgeon specializing in face and body cosmetic surgery. He grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, and received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University in 2017, graduating cum laude. Returning to Louisiana, he completed a residency in general surgery at LSU Health Sciences Center. It was during this time that he discovered his true calling in cosmetic surgery, drawn by the combination of art and science and the opportunity to enhance people’s self-confidence and quality of life.
Dr. Briley further honed his skills with a fellowship in aesthetic and cosmetic surgery in Tampa, FL, gaining extensive experience in various cosmetic surgeries of the face and body such as breast augmentation, body contouring, abdominoplasty, BBL, facelifts, blepharoplasty, and more. Throughout his training, he has worked with a diverse group of patients, each with unique needs and desires. He is dedicated to spending quality time with his patients, ensuring a trusting relationship is developed before going into the operating room. Dr. Briley takes great pride in offering personalized care, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the individual goals of his patients.

Dr. Nandi Wijay was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Dr. Wijay serves patients all over Texas and the United States. Dr. Wijay offers aesthetic surgery with focus on body aesthetics.
He attended Clear Lake High School and the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. Dr. Wijay attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch and was then accepted to a six-year integrated plastic surgery residency program at The University of Texas Medical Branch.
Throughout his six-year residency, Dr. Wijay trained at multiple prestigious hospitals in the Houston area, including UTMB Galveston/League City, Shriners Hospital for Children Galveston/Houston, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and multiple community aesthetic practices. During his training, Dr. Wijay developed a special interest in aesthetic surgery, massive weight loss reconstruction and breast aesthetics.
Dr. Wijay is a person centered, compassionate surgeon who understands that plastic surgery can be a positive life-changing experience.
