Dr. Luis Roa received his Masters of Physical Therapy from the Florida International University in 2005. He then continued on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) from the University of South Florida in 2015 and has over 17 years of experience Dr. Roa has contributed greatly as a lecturer at Keiser University.
