Dr. Adam Barga, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy providing in-home care for Reddy Care patients in Manhattan. He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2017, having completed a wide variety of clinical experiences including hospital, outpatient, and international rehabilitation settings. He relocated from Indiana to New York following PT school and has worked with the US Army, in an outpatient orthopedic clinic (of which he served as clinic director), and in home care serving children with special needs. Adam has experience with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic post-surgical care, post-concussion rehab, balance and dizziness, pediatric and adolescent care, and he especially enjoys working with older adults who need a boost to improve their daily activity level. Adam’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is the excitement of meeting new people and establishing a relationship of trust, lighthearted humor, and most importantly providing the right level of challenge to help his patients achieve their therapy goals.

Manish Mammen, MD, is an interventional physiatrist that specializes in providing comprehensive care for those in musculoskeletal pain from both degenerative and acute injuries. He sees patients at Ascend Regenerative Medicine, located in Manhasset, New York.
Dr. Mammen attended SUNY Downstate Medical Center and pursued advanced postgraduate training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation serving as Chief Resident during his final year. During his training, he also served as the assistant team physician to SUNY Maritime, a NCAA Division III college, as well as a number of local high schools and participated in sideline coverage during athletic events. He then went to complete fellowship training at the Center for Advanced Pain Management and Rehabilitation affiliated with New Jersey Medical School/Rutgers University.
Upon completion of his training, he joined an orthopedic and sports medicine practice in Columbus Circle, Manhattan. He served as a clinical instructor with the prestigious NYU Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine and was involved in teaching NYU Resident Physicians in outpatient clinics. Halina Snowball, MD, is a Stanford University-trained physiatrist and acupuncturist serving patients at Integrated Pain Solutions in Stamford, Connecticut. She specializes in pain management and mobility so patients can move freely without pain.

Paul So, MD, is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist at Orthocenter, a prestigious orthopedic practice in Redbank and Morganville, New Jersey. A New Jersey native, Dr. So studied at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Studies with a minor in Nutritional Science. He remained at Rutgers for medical school and was awarded the Annual Medical Student Award in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. So studied at Morristown Medical Center for his internship before completing his residency training at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in New Jersey. During residency, he served as the Administrative Chief Resident. Dr. So also received the Medical Student Teaching Award and was nominated for the Golden Apple Award. Relocating to New York City, Dr. So completed his Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery on the Upper East Side. Here, he served as the Clinical Chief Fellow.

Mithun earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College while also completing his Masters in Public Health Policy and Management. Prior to physical therapy school he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Mithun has a diverse clinical experience and has worked with a variety of patient populations including outpatient orthopedics and post-operative rehab, young athletes, geriatrics, neurological injuries and wound care cases. While in school, he worked with the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps to provide valuable PT services to the underserved Native American populations living in rural Arizona.
Mithun is passionate about getting patients back to their optimal function by utilizing a holistic approach to treatment. He is also greatly interested in the field of public health and PT advocacy which lead him to pursing his MPH degree. While at NYMC the focus of his Doctoral project was to determine what kinds of personal and financial factors limit a patient from seeking PT treatment for non-specific low back pain. While working with the USPHS he also took initiatives in raising awareness of the opioid crisis as well as public education about Physical Therapy. Mithun utilizes manual therapy techniques, exercise, modalities and patient education to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions especially of the spine and shoulder which are his main interests.
Mithun was born in India and immigrated to the US with his family at a very young age. Growing up on Long Island, Mithun was involved in a variety of sports throughout his high school and undergraduate years including tennis, winter track, soccer and basketball. In his free time Mithun enjoys exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, fishing, reading, drawing and spending time with his dogs.
