I have lived in Nevada for the majority of my life and am a graduate of UNR with a Bachelor of Science in Health Ecology. I have been a Physical Therapist in the state of NV for the last five years and graduated from the University of the Pacific with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. I enjoy doing manual therapy and incorporating functional exercises to get patients back to what they love.
I enjoy being active and enjoy yoga, HIIT/circuit training, running, and have participated in multiple half marathons and numerous 5Ks and 10Ks.

Dr. Ashley Niemi, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy at Back To You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation at our location in Canton, Michigan. Dr. Kyle Heise, PT, DPT, CIDN is a doctor of physical therapy at Back To You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation at our location in Canton, Michigan. Dr. Heise specializes in functional movement assessments, golf/sports therapy, dry needling, manual therapy, myofascial cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and LSVT-BIG for Parkinson’s disease.

Dr. Long graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelors in Health Science, Minor in Exercise Science, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She has taken numerous continuing education courses which include training in dry needling, pelvic floor physical therapy, visceral manipulation and treatment of TMD. Since graduating Dr. Long has worked in outpatient neurorecovery treating spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s, MS, TBI, stroke, foot drop, and other neurological conditions. Dr. Long also has experience in outpatient orthopedics treating post-operative recovery, sports injury, balance and fall training, biomechanics education, low back pain and various other orthopedic conditions.
