Binie graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and Masters in Physical Therapy in 2003. She is an accomplished PT with over 19 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics/sports medicine. Binie enjoys working with a variety of patient populations/diagnoses. Her experience and education have given her a strong background in orthopedic patient care allowing her to understand the specific needs of the patients she works with and customize conventional techniques to benefit specific patients. She has a passion for helping people understand, heal from, and conquer their musculoskeletal disorders. Binie also enjoys working with athletes and is proficient in assessing/treating spinal and extremity pain. Binie uses manual therapy in her practice to help patients overcome pain and improve mobility, but her goal is to empower patients with the tools and skills they need to reduce their pain at home and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Binie recently moved to OR with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, playing/watching sports, and taking in the beautiful scenic PNW!
Victoria (Tori) Guinn, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist at Southwest Physical Therapy. She sees patients from the practice's office in Tigard, Oregon.
Dr. Guinn graduated from Northern Arizona State University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December 2022. While there, she worked in the Rehabilitation and Human Performance Lab working with 3-D motion capture technology. Dr. Guinn wrote her capstone on 3-D motion capture to prescribe ankle and foot orthotics. Prior to graduate school, she received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
She has over four years of experience in personal training and strength coaching, as well as two years of experience in outpatient orthopedics as a physical therapy technician. She has clinical training in treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological disorders in adult and geriatric populations.
In her free time, Dr. Guinn enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and pets.
