In 1988, she received her Bachelor of Science in Consumer Sciences from Buffalo State College. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 1995.

She relocated to Phoenix in 1996 and has been providing Physical Therapy services for 28 years. Her experience is in a variety of rehabilitation settings, primarily focusing on Orthopedic Sports Medicine, post-surgical spine neck and back, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, as well as sports injuries. Anna is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and spent 6 months living in Chile after high school where her love for lifting started to grow and where she was able to learn more about other cultures and gain fluency in Spanish.
