Tariq Hilal, DO, MS, is a sports and spine physician practicing at South Coast Sports and Spine Medicine in Los Alamitos, California. Dr. Hilal completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California Irvine, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. Dr. Hilal earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 2012. Dr. Shiao-Lan Li, DPT, is a doctor of physical therapy at Minimally Invasive Medical Group, which has offices in Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, and Irvine, California. The compensating pattern can result in limited recovery in the original area as well as possible future injury in the supporting area.
