Dr. Brad Whitley utilizes multidimensional therapeutic exercises, progressive neuromuscular re-education, and evidence-based manual techniques to optimize outcomes and improve the overall human movement experience. With Brad’s multidimensional approach, each individual patient has a unique treatment plan based on their specific needs and goals. Having an extensive background in running and athletics also contributes to his clinical expertise. During his time at San Diego State University, he conducted research exploring risk factors for running related injuries in recreational athletes. He also draws from his experience as a former NCAA All-American distance runner at the University of Washington to further understand and relate to the biopsychosocial demands of athletes. Brad's treatment approach aims to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return-to-sport to assist professional athletes and weekend warriors back to what they love.
Dr. Lee Hanses, DPT graduated from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX. During her time in school, she took multiple advanced manual therapy courses which focused on treatment of the cervical spine, thoracic spine and rib cage, lumbo-pelvic-hip complex, and uncommon interventions for unique upper and lower extremity conditions. For optimally effective treatment, Lee likes to use a global approach to each patient's problem. After gathering a thorough history and identifying functional limitations, she applies her knowledge of the kinetic chain to treat not only the specific area of interest but also regions above and below it for proper biomechanics and decreased chance of re-injury.
“I give Bespoke 5 stars. Dr. Lee Hanses’s care and her PT knowledge has improved my hip strength and mobility to where I can perform lifting exercises again.”
