Dr. Taylor Tattan, PT, DPT, CSCS, earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College, where she also competed as a Division III gymnast specializing on the balance beam. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. Taylor has experience working with collegiate athletes and NFL players during her internships at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and EXOS Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Her treatment philosophy focuses on developing a holistic understanding of each patient to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate strength and conditioning principles and manual therapy techniques. Outside of physical therapy, Taylor enjoys strength training, rock climbing, yoga, hiking, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her two kittens!
Dr. Michael Fairchild, PT, DPT, earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. A former professional baseball player in the Seattle Mariners' minor league system, Dr. Fairchild's own experience with injury inspired his passion for helping others achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
While having expertise in treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, Dr. Fairchild has a special interest in working with overhead athletes and supporting individuals with diabetes in exercising safely. He emphasizes personalized care through tailored exercise progressions, movement optimization, and evidence-based practice to deliver exceptional outcomes for his patients.
Outside the clinic, Michael enjoys fishing, mountain climbing, cooking, playing catch, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
JD Jones, PT, DPT received his Bachelors of Physiology and Doctorates of Physical Therapy both from the University of Washington, and has been a proud Husky his whole life. During his time at the University of Washington he competed with the Husky Wrestling team, eventually taking over as Head Coach during his last year of undergrad and during his gap year. He also served as a Strength and Conditioning coach for the club, and numerous clients throughout undergrad and graduate school. He's still involved in the world of Strength and Conditioning for the Seattle Select Baseball Club and Shoreline Community College Baseball team. JD is an active competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has a passion for working with Baseball and Combat Sport Athletes. If you can't find him in the weight room or on the mats, check the mountains, as he's an avid hiker and outdoorsman with many backpacking, mountaineering, and hunting adventures under his belt.
Dr. Timothy Gray, PT, DPT earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. Tim worked as a chemical engineer in the automotive and aerospace industries for ten years before finding his true calling in physical therapy. He has experience treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions and specializes in geriatric care, including balance and fall prevention. Tim’s mission is to promote healthy aging throughout the lifespan. He utilizes a movement-based approach to reduce pain, improve function, and help individuals return to whatever it is they are passionate about. Outside of physical therapy, he enjoys road cycling, weightlifting, running, cooking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. Rosa Franklin PT, DPT, CSCS is a graduate of NYU’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program who focuses her energy on implementing thoughtful, practical, and innovative strategies that serve as a model to treat patients as the unique individuals they are.
Rosa utilizes a multidisciplinary approach that is grounded in the science of movement, strength training, and manual therapy techniques to effectively work with the person in front of her.
She comes from a diverse background that has allowed her to use her strength and conditioning certification with young and aging athletes. Rosa thrives with in-person sessions but also excels online which has afforded her the opportunity to help people reach their goals along both coasts of the USA and internationally in France and England.
Outside of the clinic you can find Rosa weightlifting, playing basketball, shopping, and spending time with her loved ones.

As a specialized practitioner in pelvic floor physical therapy and chronic pain treatment, my professional journey has not necessarily been ordinary. I started my career in an orthopedic setting, where I quickly realized that the system I was operating within didn’t “fit” me. Despite the love I had for my patients, I felt confined within a box that prevented me from fully expressing my passion for helping people in pain.
It was only when I stepped outside of this box that I truly began to thrive and refine my specialization. I believe that pain and physical symptoms are the language of our bodies.
Your experience in physical therapy with me will be non-traditional. I spend a lot of time getting to know the people I work with in order to better help them recognize, understand, and transform their experience with pain. Originally from Dover, DE, Dr. Jackson later moved to Alabama, where she became a two-time alumna of Alabama State University--"Yeah yeah, yeah State!"--earning both her undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees.
With a lifelong passion for basketball, she played from middle school through college and even competed in a semi-pro league for two years. To this day, she still loves hitting the court whenever she can. Beyond basketball, she finds balance through nature, outdoor walks, hiking, and spending time by the water. Now in Washington, beginning her career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she looks forward to exploring the states stunning scenery while making an impact in her field.
In addition to her work as a PT, Dr. Jackson is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner (certified as of November 2024), integrating holistic healing and movement-based wellness into her approach to care. She deeply values the precious time spent with family and loved ones, never taking it for granted.

She is an empathetic practitioner who approaches rehab from an individualized focus and is dedicated to promoting optimal health and wellness through physical and mental training, movement optimization, maintaining lifelong physical movement, health education, and social support.
She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 at the University of Puget Sound, where she also teaches as an Adjunct Professor in the Physical Therapy program. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology, Psychology, Chemistry and Integrated Human Biology at the University of Utah in 2014.
She is also a Tactical Athlete Specialist, Pain-free Performance Specialist, and a CrossFit/USA Weightlifting Coach who coaches functional fitness classes at Physician Coach.
Dr. Phillip Higgins is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports rehabilitation (SCS) and holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. After starting his career at a private sports rehabilitation clinic in New York City, Phillip joined the University of Washington Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium in 2014. There, he worked extensively with the UW community, as well as high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, including Olympic hopefuls and professional players from the NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL, and NWSL. As a certified Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Medical Professional, Phillip specializes in diagnosing and rehabilitating golfers of all abilities by understanding the biomechanics of the golf swing. In addition to his work at Bespoke Physical Therapy, he serves as an assistant coach and leads athletic performance and rehab for the University of Washington Men's Club Ice Hockey team.
