Dr.Vinod Somareddy, PT, DPT, is the founder and president of Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy with locations throughout New York in Farmingdale, Great Neck, North Shore Towers, Oceanside, Woodbury, Bayside, Deer Park, and Upper Westside of New York Cit. Started in 2003, Dr. Somareddy built his practice under the guiding principles of providing quality care that fosters a patient-centered culture committed to improving the lives of everyone who comes through the door.
As the eldest son in the family, Dr. Somareddy decided to honor his father’s own dedication to patient care, naming his practice after him. Dr. Somareddy’s father, nicknamed “Reddy,” worked as a nurse at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he garnered a reputation for his knowledge, perseverance, and compassionate patient care. Dr. Somareddy knows his success stems from his father’s influence, and he built a team that puts the patient’s needs above all else.
Dr. Somareddy earned his degree at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Russ Poker, PT has been a therapist since 1992 primarily in private practice specializing in general orthopedic care with a focus on neck and back related issues. He graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook for Physical Therapy and hold degrees in Physical Education from Adelphi University and the Wingate Institute in Israel. Russ speaks Hebrew, Spanish and French which he finds helpful in communicating with his patients. Having a varied background of living abroad, serving in the military and participating in different sports helps him understand people better and put them more at ease. As he gets closer in age to his patients, he understands where they are coming from better and what they want to maintain in their functional abilities to stay active and vital.
Dr. Franklin Sinchi, PT, DPT graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017. During his time in Stony Brook’s Physical Therapy program, he completed clinical affiliations in acute care, pediatric, and outpatient vestibular/neurological/orthopedics. Since graduating, he has worked in an outpatient clinic and In-Home PT. All this has allowed him to treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a variety of cases ranging from neurological deficits to orthopedic pathology. Dr. Sinchi's areas of interest are in orthopedics, post-surgical care, and neurological rehabilitation. Dr. Marcelo del Rio, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for 5 years. Marcelo received my Doctorate Degree at Long Island University - Brooklyn. He has been in out-patient PT for 3 years is now doing in-home physical therapy with Reddy Care. His favorite condition to treat would include any neurological condition (Parkinoson's, MS etc.) as he is able to utilize his knowledge to help improve these patients' functional ability.
Dr. Stanline Anto, PT, DPT received his Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from India and his Doctorate from Utica college in NY. Stan has eight years of experience, spending his last three years with Reddy Care. I began in Reddy Care’s home therapy program, where I was for two years, and now I am working in the clinic. I support all of the therapists at the Great Neck location, along with the techs and the front desk. I ensure that patient care is optimal and that every patient has a pleasant experience and that they reach their treatment goals.
Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.
Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

He formerly served as the head Athletic Trainer at Holy Cross High School for 3 years before deciding to return to school to pursue his doctorate at Temple University.

Manish Mammen, MD, is an interventional physiatrist that specializes in providing comprehensive care for those in musculoskeletal pain from both degenerative and acute injuries. He sees patients at Ascend Regenerative Medicine, located in Manhasset, New York.
Dr. Mammen attended SUNY Downstate Medical Center and pursued advanced postgraduate training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation serving as Chief Resident during his final year. During his training, he also served as the assistant team physician to SUNY Maritime, a NCAA Division III college, as well as a number of local high schools and participated in sideline coverage during athletic events. He then went to complete fellowship training at the Center for Advanced Pain Management and Rehabilitation affiliated with New Jersey Medical School/Rutgers University.
Upon completion of his training, he joined an orthopedic and sports medicine practice in Columbus Circle, Manhattan. He served as a clinical instructor with the prestigious NYU Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine and was involved in teaching NYU Resident Physicians in outpatient clinics. He later joined Northwell Health and continued to participate in Resident education serving as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship trained in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine.
