Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.
Dr. Adam Barga, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy providing in-home care for Reddy Care patients in Manhattan. He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2017, having completed a wide variety of clinical experiences including hospital, outpatient, and international rehabilitation settings. He relocated from Indiana to New York following PT school and has worked with the US Army, in an outpatient orthopedic clinic (of which he served as clinic director), and in home care serving children with special needs. Adam has experience with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic post-surgical care, post-concussion rehab, balance and dizziness, pediatric and adolescent care, and he especially enjoys working with older adults who need a boost to improve their daily activity level. Adam’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is the excitement of meeting new people and establishing a relationship of trust, lighthearted humor, and most importantly providing the right level of challenge to help his patients achieve their therapy goals.

Dr. Franklin Sinchi, PT, DPT graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017. During his time in Stony Brook’s Physical Therapy program, he completed clinical affiliations in acute care, pediatric, and outpatient vestibular/neurological/orthopedics. Since graduating, he has worked in an outpatient clinic and In-Home PT. All this has allowed him to treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a variety of cases ranging from neurological deficits to orthopedic pathology. Dr. Sinchi's areas of interest are in orthopedics, post-surgical care, and neurological rehabilitation. Most importantly, I take pride in developing an effective treatment plan for each individual to help them obtain or regain each of their needs and goals in physical therapy. .
Russ Poker, PT has been a therapist since 1992 primarily in private practice specializing in general orthopedic care with a focus on neck and back related issues. He graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook for Physical Therapy and hold degrees in Physical Education from Adelphi University and the Wingate Institute in Israel. Russ speaks Hebrew, Spanish and French which he finds helpful in communicating with his patients. Having a varied background of living abroad, serving in the military and participating in different sports helps him understand people better and put them more at ease. As he gets closer in age to his patients, he understands where they are coming from better and what they want to maintain in their functional abilities to stay active and vital.
Dr. Darnell Peters, PT, DPT graduated from Andrew’s University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2010. He has since worked in various settings from acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient clinics, aqua-therapy, and home care and has over 10+ years of experience as a PT.
Darnell loves to work with patients in the neuro setting dealing with issues from stroke, Parkinson’s disease, vestibular and balance issues, and more.
In his spare time, Darnell is a loving husband and father to his wife and 5 yr old daughter and is a musician playing for various events, weddings, and concerts.
Prabal Singh, PT, DPT received his Bachelors Degree in physical therapy while in India. He then continued his education and received a Masters of Neuroscience from Columbia University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 and has been working at Reddy Care since 2013. He loves to treat neurological patients and enjoys watching cricket and soccer games during his free time.

Nilufer Guleyupoglu, MD, is a specialist in helping people affected by pain and finding the most appropriate treatments for their individual situations. As owner and director of INVO Pain Medicine Group in Midtown, Manhattan, Dr. Guleyupoglu provides state-of-the-art facilities in her New York City office, including a fluoroscopy unit and ultrasound scanner on site. Dr. Philip Tam received his Doctoral of Physical Therapy from the University of Buffalo and has been practicing in NYC since 2019. He has worked with a wide variety of diagnoses ranging from neurological disorders, cervicogenic headaches, patellofemoral pain, achilles tendinopathy, as well as post-operative cases such as ACL reconstruction, bunionectomies and joint replacements. He has had the pleasure of working with an extensive patient population ranging from high school athletes, weekend warriors, and those at the collegiate and professional level. His treatment philosophy is to always tailor the treatment plan towards the individual and to always work towards their intended goal. Outside of physical therapy, he enjoys playing basketball, working out, spending time with friends and family and learning new things through reading and interacting with new people.
Dr. Samuel Chan, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College. As a certified athletic trainer, Sam has worked with a wide range of athletes in the professional, collegiate, and secondary school settings. He blends his knowledge of sports performance and injury prevention to ensure that his clients can continue to move safely, efficiently, and confidently. Sam believes that athletes need to be challenged in their recovery, and incorporates functional movement analysis and strength training principles to unlock their full potential. He utilizes an active and collaborative approach to individualize each program - it’s all about you! Further clinical interests of his include ACL reconstructions and post-operative rehabilitation. When not in the clinic, Sam enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, and hiking.
Dr. Katherine Kalaj, PT, DPT earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from City University of New York Hunter College. Kat has a wide range of experience working with orthopedic, sports, and neurological clients to rehabilitate after injury. This experience, in addition to her six years as a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified trainer and two years as a competitive powerlifter, informs her biopsychosocial approach to treatment as she creates an individualized plan of care that considers the whole person to help individuals achieve all their movement goals. Kat’s favorite aspect of physical therapy is collaborating to create mobility and strength training programs that help people reach their full potential. Outside of the physical therapy, Kat enjoys competitive powerlifting, cooking, and exploring the city.

Kristen Lettenberger, PT, DPT, CSCS, P&PA is a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach. She is the Director of Bespoke Women, specializing in Women’s health including pregnancy & postpartum rehab, and return to sports postpartum. Kristen has spent the last few years of her career expanding her knowledge in women’s health and pelvic floor rehab. Combining that with her powerlifting background and love for sports rehab she has been a unique asset for mom’s that want to continue exercise during pregnancy and return to their sports postpartum stronger than ever. Kristen has given numerous workshops of training during pregnancy, and return to exercise postpartum, as well as hosted Bespoke’s first Women’s Health panel on how to navigate pregnancy & postpartum. Her focus is to help people improve their overall health and performance in order to Live Better, Longer.
Courtney is a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics. She attained her Doctorate from Columbia University, where she worked with the Men's Division I soccer team studying injury risk and the use of functional movement assessments to reduce such risk. Courtney continues to utilize an evidence-based approach, using movement science and strength training principles to help clients overcome limitations and achieve their highest potential. She firmly believes in the biopsychosocial model of care, considering the whole patient in her treatment plans. Courtney has a vast array of clinical experience throughout NYC, working with athletes of recreational to professional levels, as well as in performing arts PT, treating Broadway and Off-Broadway performers. Courtney's mission is to significantly impact the lives of all she treats, helping them return to the activities they love while providing education to prevent future injuries and live to the fullest.
Dr. Winnie Yu is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation. Her goal is to guide her patients through rehab to safely return to their sport and goals of interest.
