Michelle has brought into HQHT the Go Baby Go program, which brings together doctoral students from Quinnioaice’s Physical Therapy program to modify rides on cars for children requiring special fittings and accommodations. Michelle is an Associate Professor at Sacred Heart University. She is a member of the Oncology, Neurology, and Education sections of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Wormley also serves as the Director of Continuing Education, planning and executing continuing education courses for healthcare professionals in the community.
Michelle is a certified lymphedema therapist and has presented at the state and national level in topics of physical therapy and the problem-based learning approach.

Matt Fass, LMT, RYT, MS Acupuncture has a unique style of manual therapy that incorporates his advanced knowledge of anatomy based on his studies in yoga at Integral Yoga in New York City, New York, massage therapy at Center for Connecticut Massage Therapy in Westport, CT and in acupuncture at Bridgeport University in Bpt, CT.
Matt can relax and unwind even the tightest muscle. His selection of music to accompany his treatments is meaningful and complements the experience.

Becky Passante earned her degree in physical therapy from the University of Connecticut. Becky lives in Madison, CT and services patients in the Branford through Guilford area of Connecticut. Dr. Caryn McAllister earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 1995 and her Doctorate from Simmons College in 2012. Dr. McAllister started her career at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and quickly began working in homecare in 1996, the same year she developed a brain tumor that required brain surgery. Caryn’s personal and professional experiences motivated her to provide a better environment for people to achieve health & wellness.
